nightmares oh my god not normal of me

well first im sorry if this is in wrong area but well the past three days i have been having numerous night mare three times in a row and i DO remember every single one crisp i am woundering if something wil like happen to me? my second night mare was basically a continuation to my first one and my third night mare is a completely differnt thing im getting scared as helll to go to bed now?:eek:help!:eek::eek::eek:

Hi, Well I know a bit about dream type therapy and basically my understanding is that your dreams are you subconscious mind trying to tell your conscious mind something with that in mind what is your dream(s) about?

OK, first a dream, no matter how vivid and scary, cannot harm you, it's not real. Nor is it somehow predictive of anything. It's just stuff in your mind, it's your mind's way of working out stuff. And being your mind, it does it with images and pictures and stuff, and it's very real. But it's not.

If you tell us the dream, maybe we can noodle over it and figure it out. If it's recurring, it might be related to something that has happened to you or that you're going thru.

lol i seriously have dreams where people choke me and like beat me up it scares me so much and hwne they choke me i really can't breathe sometimes i think i lucid dream because one day i was napping and i had one but i pulled a imaginary shot gun out under from my bed and shot it to death lol true story...
