i quite often get aroused by people (mainly guys) that are younger than myself. I don't mean ridiculously younger, like im 16 and i often find some 12 and 13 year olds quite attractive. I start to have sexual thoughts about them before stopping myself and thinking "why the fuck are you thinking that??"

Its just hormones. As long as you dont act on it, you're fine.

Hormones everywhere! There's nothing wrong, just hormones really.

They're just thoughts. But of course that's way to big of an age gap so keep it as thoughts. But I don't think it's a good idea to nurture those thoughts.

Just some pubescent occurences. (I admit, I have found myself sexually attracted to kids with a little less than that age difference myself)

Unbalanced hormones may be the answer. Best not to dwell on those thoughts, they should go away after while.

I guess you're fine, its just your hormones that are all over the place at the moment. As long as you keep your thoughts to yourself and don't actually go forward to pursue them.

Remember that it is illegal too, that's my main issues with this assuming you would act on these feelings. Otherwise, yeah it's a bit weird but if no one knows then it's fine. We all get turned on by different things, even though this isn't the most conventional one, it's not like it doesn't exist. Like everyone else has said, your hormones are raging, in a few years you might notice you don't get aroused by this any more.

^he's not saying he would act on it
Can't help who your attracted to, so it's not wrong, but you might grow out of it too.

Hence why I said assuming then went on to say 'otherwise'. :P

Excuse me, but in the US, it is not illegal for a 16 yo to have sex with a 13 or 14 or 15 yo. If you're over 18, definitely. In my boarding school, guys have sex all the time with guys of all ages in the school, grades 9-12, ages 13-17 with some 18 year olds. As long as the guys are willing, there doesn't seem to be any problem. Often, the younger approaches the older one. It's wild hormone time.
I'm not advocating anything, just stating what I believe the law says. Later in life we frequently see very wide age ranges. But on a high school level these guys ought to be able to manage themselves.
