To be honest i dont think is necessary, the Help and Advice has several sub-forums that help with bullying situations.

Well for stories and messages about dealing with bullying can go in the uplifting and hopeful messages section. Generally issues with bullying tend to go within the Family and Friends section or even the Abuse section.

Like Mynick said, the Help & Advice section has a few forums that can cover bullying.
