My balls are really itchy. I have to put cream on them. It's mostly under the penis where the spots are. Does anyone else get these? Unless I have a shower everyday, it gets really bad.

It sounds maybe like some kind of skin infection. My friend got something like that in his groin and used antibiotic ointment and it cleared up pretty fast.

I just finished with jock itch- I think that is what you probably have. It usually gets us where skin touches skin, & doesn't get enough air- like where our scrotum touches our thighs, or the penis hangs over the scrotum. I have a family full of doctors & they told me this:

Jock Itch likes a warm, wet, dark place to grow:

1. Wash with soap & RINSE WELL every day, twice a day until it is gone is best.
2. Make sure you dry that area very well. If you leave any moisture the fungus (that's what jock itch is- like a yeast infection for a girl) will continue to grow.
3. Use a blow dryer on that area to make sure it is completely. (Don't use the HOT setting- take it from me!)
4. If the fungus is on the scrotum, wear boxers to get air in there.
5. It the fungus is like yours, under your penis, my brother says you should wear tight cotton briefs or boxer briefs & position your penis differently than u usually do. That helps expose that area to more air. Change underwear twice a day to keep junk dry.
6. Use a cream for Jock Itch as directed, until the redness has been gone for 5 days.

My brother-also said to tell everyone: If you have athlete's foot, put your socks on before you put on your underwear. That keeps you from dragging the fungus up from your feet to your crotch. BTW, same treatment as above for athlete's foot, but with socks, of course. It would be silly to put cream on your crotch for athlete's foot!

I would make a doctor appointment for that! You might need some cream to clear that up. Try not to itch it or else it can make it worse! :)

Most likely due to poor hygiene and possibly dry skin. Take a shower every day (I cannot stress this enough, both for social and physical aspects for you), use some skin cream if required. It also could be pubic hair growth, which sadly there's no real cure for.
