I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry if it isn't :)
I'm 13 years old, 1.6 meters tall and 46kg, am I underweight? I think I'm normal, but we did a BMI thing in Biology, and it said I'm underweight?
I'm not sure, someone help? :)

Well, I don't know, because we use pounds and I'm too dumb to convert, but I will say that those BMI's are usually shit. Mine were always wrong.

I converted it, it's 101.41 pounds :)

Haha, well, now I don't know how tall you are. But, I think the average is around like, 125 for a normal healthy weight, but I think as long as you're staying in the 1 hundreds, you're good. Getting lower than 100 usually isn't good.

No, you're not underweight. That's perfectly normal!

You are definitely skinny, but I wouldn't say underweight.
Metric system FTW

No, I'm pretty sure you're not underweight (not sure how tall you are living in the USA). I am 13 and 95-105 pounds. If you're taller you're probably on the skinny side and have a flatter chest. I'm actually a little bit chubby myself (5'0 ft tall). So unless you're like 6 feet you're fine lol

Truthfully, if you take the BMI system to heart (which I don't recommend), you are underweight. 1.6 meters is about 5 feet 2 inches, and 46kg is about 101 pounds, which would give you a BMI of about 18, with 18.5 being underweight.
However, mind you that you're still growing and as long as you're eating right and in good quantities, you have nothing to worry about. BMI doesn't mean much. I know my mom's always at the lower end of the BMI chart because of her bones and such, where as people with more muscle mass might be 'overweight' according to the BMI scale but really not. It's something that should be taken lightly and used as a guideline.
