When and why? lots of places lots of times, either because I feel like it or whatever I'm wearing would have an outline of my underwear cause it happens to be tight.. which would look stupid

as I've stated before I've not worn panties now for a long long long time...I feel too restricted in them anymore and I don't even own any anymore...just a comfort thing
