Don't care, it really doesn't matter. There is nothing wrong with seeing a friend naked. If he is trying to tell you something, its all right. As long as you are friends I wouldn't mind. Some guys are confident on how they look nude so they will get naked every chance they get!

Well how what did you do? I think if it happens again you should do the same thing, just copy what he does! If you want to do anything perhaps you should start off by suggesting skinny dipping instead of swimming trunks, just say to him, "well it's basically the same thing and we're both comfortable with out bodies so why not?"

No reaction is necessary. You're both guys the same age so obviously he's not thinking anything about you seeing him naked. I change out of my trunks with my cousin all the time and sometimes we hang out naked in my room for a while afterwards, without there being anything remotely sexual about it. Its a penis, same as yours... no reaction is necessary. Most guys who do a lot of sports change and shower naked together and its no big deal. If youre friends, being comfortable naked with each other is sometimes part of the closeness you feel.

1. Pretend I had not noticed and that it was the most natural thing in the world.
2. Call my sister to come and take a look.
3. Take mine off so he could see mine was bigger than his.

He's comfortable with it so you probably should be too. Don't make a big thing out of it no pun intended. Me and my friends do that all the time. But we play sports so we're used to being naked in the locker room and what not.

I see no problem with this. It sounds to me that he was just changing out of his wet bathing suit, and simply doesn't care about stripping naked in-front of others. You shouldn't react in any way to be honest. You don't want to seem shocked because that might 'freak' him out. Just act normal, and if you feel comfortable with it, just get changed with him.

So how did you react and did he remain nude? Since he is comfortable being nude with you being there & you would be too, next time suggest skinny dipping.
