Yeah, definitley. What excited me the most is the map is larger than GTA SA, IV , and red dead redemption combined. And the map is open from the start, no more having to unlock stuff to open new areas. There are 3 charecters you use, and missions end how you play it. So if you kill someone you arent supposed to, you wont have to replay it.

Hmm,
I just don't know if I want to invest in GTA V from the start. The problem I have with GTA is that the games signal player seems to be a drag. I mean I've invested 2 hours into GTA IV Campaign and so far its been about driving from point A to point B and doing little jobs for people.
In all honesty they need to have the game start with you running with action and adventure. Truth be told the only reason I got GTA IV was because of the free mode online to piss about with friends. Its a great game but the campaign left a lot to be desired.
Overall I think I'll wait a few days and see what the game is like.

Hello I'm new to this forum. anyway, My brother will be getting a copy, I've played with GTA IV for some time on my brothers ps3 and I have fun with it, I don't really understand the missions but i had fun doing anything I like, I just hope they made a girl counterpart of the protagonist though.

from what source? Ign will say shit that isent even true. Nowadays you have to trust a certain review or yourself and not a major game reviewing company. I lost all respect for gamespot after their spiderman 2 review and I lost all respect for IGN after they deducted 1 point for Sonic colors DS because of the difficulty.....

Well when I search for information from a game I check multiple sources and compare them. No one review service ever speaks the entire truth.
Sadly companies like gamespot have been bought over by all gaming developers and if they give a game a bad review the reviewer can face termination. Its happened to a couple of bigshot reviewers at gamespot

Not really. I would be more excited if Homefront 2 was releasing on Tuesday, but I have to wait a year for that... :/ (according to wikipedia, which can be somewhat unreliable at times.)

This is supposed to be a step up in the GTA series and many game companies gave this game a 10 out of 10 rating and I didn't really like GTA 4 that much either but the people who played it said Rockstar made many changes and they said it doesn't feel like GTA 4 anymore because they learned from there mistakes

(Apparently I don't view it to be that bad, as I thought it just needed better weapon variety and easier ways to get a sniper rifle...) But good point to those people on the campaign, it was MISERABLE.
