Being a late bloomer sucks. But there's been a few guys in these forms who have reported the same thing, so you're not the only one. Might happen to me too. I look about 11 at best right now.

Wait, if your penis is 1-2 inches soft, then you seem like you are all right. Everything depends on how big your penis is when it gets hard. If you are like only two inches when you're hard, then I would be concerned. But, if you're talking about when you're soft, then you honestly don't have a problem. As long as you're greater than 4.5 inches hard, then you're fine.

A good friend of mine was 16 & 2 months before he ever got his first pubes...and a tiny boy dick. By the time he turned 17, he was bigger and thicker than me..(7.5x5) and cold grow a full mustache and sideburns...by the way he was already 6'2" in height, so other parts were growing, just not his dick!!
