Wow, thats pretty bad, although the Police must have had a legitimate reason for doing what they did

What makes you jump to that conclusion?
a police force that is facing multiple charges who's own director has been suspended pending charges against him
all of which are separate from each other
this is just an additional one

I'm not taking sides with such little info

but don't side with the cops solely because there cops

That was awful. They had no reason to do that and I do agree with serial-thrilla that cops are a bunch of corrupted assholes that don't deserve authority.

There's always two sides to everything. Most of the time when these 'brutality' cases happen its usually because they don't cooperate fully in the first place.

If you stay calm, do what they say, and go with the flow chances of this happening are a lot slimer. Sure excessive force can happen but not unless you give them a reason to use force to begin with.

Sure some cops might wrongfully pick a fight or go overboard and I think that's wrong, but if you're gonna get pissy with cops, don't expect them to hold your hand.

Both sides I think are exaggerating trying to at all costs to make the other look like the bad guy (or girl) and make themselves as innocent as possible.

Why couldn't she have taken off her shoes rather than having an attitude? The cops would have left her alone after that.
