Right. Just above my scrotum (so on the main part of my body - but I didn't know if this was something to do with the hair I have) I have a really strange patch of skin. It is quite itchy. It goes kind of tender for a bit then crusts over and flakes away. It has done this about 3 times now. What is this? I think it is more of a skin problem but it is really annoying. It can't be an infection because I'm a virgin and I wash properly.

It might just be a small rash. Just put a little dab of cream there and it should be gone

Phew I was a bit worried there. Will normal E45 cream do?

I think it would. I would go with something else like a rough skin cream. That might work better than E45.

Sorry I must have gotten my facts wrong then I guess. Go ahead and use that cream.

cool thanks. i think e45 is specialised for dry skin - but it does a whole load of other stuff too; and also dry and rough skin are really similar.
