Per VT rules, techniques cannot be shared on VT. Whether it's techniques on doing it or techniques on stopping it. Also, it's not permitted to post on the forums telling people to PM you.

Always good to ask before doing. If you're ever not sure, you can send a PM to a staff member. :)

There's other places on the internet where you can find what you're looking for. Just do an internet search for what you want to know and that should bring them up. If it's a discussion site be careful, there's places not nearly as safe as VT.
