Phone question

I have a T-Mobile Sparq aka Alcatel OT-606A. I have put a microSD card in it but when I connected my phone to my PC to put some stuff on it, it said that the file format was unknown. I do have the necessary software - Alcatel PC Suite - and it's worked before. I tried resetting to its initial factory settings and that didn't clear up the issue. What's causing this and is there anything I can do until I get a new phone?

Did you put it in a different USB slot than usual? Is the cable damaged?

If you check those, and everything is fine, then to transfer your data, use the MicroSD or SD card slot if you have an adapter. I'm not sure how to fix your actual slot though. Sorry.

The card and cable work fine, And actually, I found that it is actually possible to just drag and drop using Windows Explorer. Now I have to wonder why T-Mobile said to download and install Alcatel PC Suite if I can just drag and drop....

Thanks though, Branden. Now my only complaint is that it won't play my iTunes m4a files and will play MP3 files but I guess there's nothing I can do about that. Thanks anyways
