Go to a dermatologist. My mom has the same problem, and the dermatologist gave her a prescription deodorant that she says she doesn't even really have to use every day. She uses it every once it a while. She says initially it kind of feels like it's burning but then afterwards the sweating problem is gone for a while, and then she just uses it again.

Hey Jamie. And yeah, that must totally suck. I'm assuming you've tried all the sports strength deoderant? Have you tried the sports ones they make for men, because those are usually a bit stronger than the womens ones. If that fails, you should probably ask your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist, or just ask if he is able to give you some perscription deoderant, as Teeny said.
And if all fails, save up your money and get your underarms Botoxed. Expensive, but I know someone who's had it done and apparently it's really good.

The botox would basically disable your sweat glands for approximately 6-9 months. With the right doctor, it should not be that painful. Also, some insurance companies pay for it partially.

It's cosmetic, so yeah, I assume it would be. But apparently it really does work.
