I want to get a stronger chest and abs to be better fit. My question is what are the best exercises and diets to achieve this?

Just eat lots of carbs and protein. Do bench presses and pushups for chest, and for abs situps, curlups, stuff like that

For a six pack, you need to clean up your diet and do a lot of cardio to melt the fat over your abs. Do abs crunches everyday.

Getting a broad chest and six pack abs is something every guy wants to gain, simply because it makes ladies melt, and it can help you majorly in many, if not all, sporting activities. However it takes time to gain hard new muscle, and endless crunches and push ups will not do the trick. Just follow these steps for great looking abs and pecs

the best way to sharpn my abs is having a really exhausting boxing routine... boxing works your full body out and can watch as your fat melts away:)

I want to get a stronger chest and abs to be better fit. My question is what are the best exercises and diets to achieve this?

First of all I want to say the following:

1) Chest and ab development does not make one fit.

2) the word fit is so subjective.

3) true fitness rests around this triad: 1) Muscular strength training,2) cardio ,3 flexibilty training

You need goals viable long and short term goals. And you need to work the whole body not 1 or 2 spots.

what are your goals think about them and write them down.

Do you want to run a certain distance? how far then? AND THEN BREAK THAT DOWN INTO SHORT TERM ATTAINABLE GOALS.

Want to be stronger? how much stronger in each exercise? set out long and short term goals in those.

want to weight a certain amount how much? and write down short and long term goals for that as well.

want to reach certain measurements? The right down what you want to achieve.

But you must remember this keep the goals REALISTIC!

Thousands of push ups and sit ups everyday do just fine.

I'm not desperate for the peak of physical perfection, but I have seen some results in the past month by doing around 60-100 pushups a day doing as many as you can in one go and then repeating that until you feel is necissary.

Also, I have given up sweets, chocolates, all carbonated drinks, high fat foods, high salt foods and all fast food chains. Personally, I didn't really like fast food so that's okay. Also, I heard somewhere that salt holds onto water in your belly making you bloated and looking fat. When you're hungry, often it's just the body mistaking it for needing water so have a glass of water instead :) Also, drink milk instead of sports drinks... studies show that milk recovers and grows muscle faster and also the high calcium content will help with bone growth

The best way to get a great chest is to do flat bench press, incline dumbell press, and pushups. For abs i would recommend you dragon flags(google it, the hardest exercise for me) and L hold on the bar. Do not do the same exercises every day, change them, even dont do the same muscles every day, muscle grows when it is resting. Do not overtrain!

do ab exercises, but also do pectoral, and oblique muscles.
Also, don't forget to exercise back as well as front muscles. (opposing muscle groups)
and STRETCH goddammit!
