Any help, tips, suggestion welcome.

The problem: Recently got a laptop, BUT for some reason a few keys are wrong. e.g The @ symbol is shift + 2 and the " symbol is shift + '

hope that makes sense!

Other keys are twisted aswell???????????

Can this be fixed?

maybe find a pic of the same laptop online and look at the keyboard to see if it is the same, if it isn't call the manufacturer.
