Been cutting for 4 days straight, cant believe ive started again, seems i stop for while then each time i start again the cuts seem to get deeper, im at a lose end, i know i need help but i need to cut aswel, i was considering telling my dad even thou he aint long came back in my life, which wernt his fault, but anyway every time i try and tell him, i wonder what the hell im doing, he might leave me again or think im physco and i just bother saying anything :(

If you think you need to tell him, tell him. Sometimes it is better someone knows about it that is family, if he leaves your life because of it, that is not the kind of father I'd want. Hopefully, he will support you and give you the love that you need and that you deserve. This is the type of thing that will constantly eat away at you if you don't tell him, there are a lot of pros here that outweigh the cons, remember that.
