I've never actually seen an uncut penis in real life but i have in like porn & stuff and i'd def prefer a cut one. but i'm open minded, it wouldnt be a deal breaker for me if you weren't cut.

Personally I prefer you have a vagina.
I don't think most girls would care an extreme amount, at least not to the extent they would break up with you. Often babies get cut rather than teens so it's not exactly like it's the boys' fault.
