Ok so towards the end of the school year last year I was basically outted to my school, by whom I don't know, but apparently not everyone heard about it by this time so I am still creaking coming out. Now that I'm past the initial coming out it is easy though I'm just a little befuzzled that in a school of 250 barely anyone heard about my sexuality...weird.

Anyways lolol I figured I would do a most recent update since I'm apparently still coming out lawl

Zach, as I recall there's a lot going on for you with all this. It;s probably a good thing that its not all over school, b/c as we know, teenagers aren't always the most open minded when it comes to these things and the absolute last thing you need is more grief.

I'm not pushing it trust me...I'm just baffled that not everyone knows...which explains why everyone was so accepting. Because they didn't know...so now I'm kind of anxious over how well things are gonna go

Well it's always a process. Maybe whoever knows didn't tell that many people, and whoever does know knows how to keep a secret. Maybe they do all know and just haven't said anything. Don't worry about it and don't push anything.

I know for a fact that not everyone knows because on friday some kid was being a homophobic prick and said "i'm pretty sure there are no gay people in this school" and then because I was kind of mad I raised my hand and said "ummmm yeah there is, right here"

Stand strong buddy. Don't let anyone attack you because you are a special person that doesn't deserve any sort of cruelty. You are very strong to let people know like that, continue to have that courage and don't let anyone bring you down.

Remember there are gays who act homophobic as a cover, so he might be too. But I'm glad to hear things are working out ok at school about it. Sometimes things simply don't spread or they get swept under the rug. Let sleeping dogs lay.

Zach, I'm with Hannah here: This isn't something you want to go announcing from the roof tops. What do you hope to gain from bringing all this unwanted attention to yourself, ESPECIALLY from homophobes?

FWIW, recall that you are more than your sexuality. You are Zach. A martial artist, a cool kid, a red head, etc. Don't bring attention to the one thing that maybe you need desperately to be accepted, but others aren't quite able to provide.

There will always be the cowards and smart ass types. Possibly you know lots of people at your school. But for sure many others will just be finding there own sexuality and others simply not care for any drama of outing. by self or others.
