Wet dreams just happen cuz of your hormones and ur Imagination and porn and all that stuff :)

Wet dreams occur when your body produces a large quantity of sperm which needs to be replaced by newer sperm from time to time. That way, it expels the older sperm so that there's available space for newer sperm to be produced and stored in testicles. This processes are all regulated by hormones, I guess. If you don't masturbate or don't have any sexual intercourse, you'll experience wet dreams.

I had my first one a couple of weeks ago, which surprised me because i don't ejaculate all that much semen yet. But I guess they're just one of those involuntary reaction things like sneezing. Tons of hormones thinking about sex all the time = wet dream triggered.
