My texts aren't sending on my new Nokia Lumia 521

That keeps coming up! It's 4G and connected to my wifi. It's the write number too

Have you tried to send texts to any other numbers?
Has anyone succesfully sent you texts?
Do calls go through to this number?

If all of the above work fine it may be the other person's phone or the number. If any of those do not work fine go do wherever you got the phone. Regardless go to where you got the phone as they can help better than I.

If texts aren't going through with multiple people it may also be your phone itself. Sometimes there might be tiny defects that affect the phone in some way. Take it back to t-mobile. Let them see what is wrong with the phone. If you need to replace it them replace it.

You could try turning off the phone, removing the sim and then booting the phone up again.
