This isn't a foreskin issue, it's more basic than that and universal.

When you sleep, you get erections, and during that time, a bit of clear fluid is released, it's normal. When you get an erection, your penis is preparing for action, so it releases a bit of fluid to clean and lube things.

If you had a wet dream, you'd have an orgasm and a complete ejaculation which would result in far more fluid than a few drops.
