I was over at my boyfriends house and we were in his room and I looked over at his dresser and there was this washrag and it had all kinds of crusty stains on it. Maybe you should post something in the boys and girls section and some of the guys there could tell you if they do it. He probably forgot about it and that's why it was in the open. It's sort of eww that he didn't wash it though.

What you found was most likely his "jizz rag" or "catch rag". Which is basically used as you described to clean up after he jerks off. My bf has one that I found one time. TBH he probably just forgot to hide it.

Most boys use a "cum rag" (unless they use tissue). And just about every guy would be embarrassed for anyone to see that. I guess he was showing it off. Or maybe he's usually relaxed about it. Not necessarily weird of him, but different that's for sure.

1. The 'j/o thing' is normal for boys but the washrag thing totally isn't (most people just use the shower/bath-washrag is just gross). The fact that it was on his dresser in his room sounds to me like he's either really gross hygiene wise that eh won't wash it or he feels like it makes him feel tough.
