I like finding new tastes and that's why I'm interested in your favorite regional cuisine. Personally, I love Italian cuisine with all those types of pasta and truly Italian pizza. And what's your choice?

I'm in Texas, but I love cajun style food. Grilled cajun shrimp, grilled corn on the cob with all the cajun seasonings, catfish, frog legs, I'll eat em all.

But homemade fajita quesadillas are hard to beat with a homemade hot sauce and guacamole

Crap, now I'm hungry!

Thanks a lot guys! ;) And has anyone tried other European cuisines, apart from Italian, like French, British, Hungarian, Polish, Greek or Scandinavian?

Eating Chinese right now. I do love pasta so I will say Italian, as well as Japanese, Thai, Chinese, or at least their similar dishes.

Chinese food, no question about it. Well, most. I'm a picky eater and there are some Chinese I don't like but I love certain dishes (dumplings, bean curds, YUM) and they're the best when made by my mom!!

I don't like any other kind of food, unless you count not-so-healthy American food like fries, chicken, and all that...

Italian is the best, but I also adore American food like steak, hot dogs, burgers, fries etc. and English home cooked food like a good roast dinner, fish and chips or sausage and mash almost topples Italian!

There's a grilled chicken recipe I use that marinates the chicken in soy sauce, lime, and a few other things. It's beyond amazing.

Italian is great but like Cygnas David says Argentine is great too. been to one of the Argentine restaurants where they slice the meat off the big spit right at the table, it's awesome food
