cant stop masterbating

im 14 was 11 when i started masterbating it was fine then but now i cant stop. even when my friends spend the i still materbate i tried to stoping befor but i couldnt so is this normal is there an easier way to stop

Again, down to hormones. :P And it is normal for a male your age to want to masturbate, and believe it or not, masturbation is actually healthy! :P It helps relieve tension and is apparently supposed to help prevent prostate cancer. As long as you aren't masturbating excessively (such as more than twice a day) you're fine. Just enjoy. :P

John, why would you want to stop masturbating? It's completely normal, harmless, and biological. It's like blinking or sweating.

As long as it doesn't interfere with other responsibilities, there's no harm, and there's no 'maximium'. It's part of being human, and that urgency is a normal part of both puberty and being a guy.
