Is it possible for teenagers to have Low Testosterone? Lately, I haven't been having as much erections, or the urge to jack off. I also have been feeling more tired.

I wouldn't quite say its testosterone, its probably mood swings, which come with being a teen.

How old are you?
It could be erectile disfunction, however i dont think it is.

I think its probably just a mood swing, give it a little while. It should pass.

Do you get enough sleep or are you stressed out? Maybe not eating right could cause it.

Maybe it's just stress or depression. I wouldn't say you must go to the dr ASAP. Give it a few months, if it doesn't go away, then go.

To the OP, I wouldn't worry too much about it. You are 13 and are still developing, so your testerone levels may not quite be steady. Most guys go through periods of not being horny 24/7. Don't worry about it unless its been going on for a few weeks. How long have you been in a lull?

The tiredness might be something else or you just aren't getting enough sleep.

If you do happen to have low testosterone levels unnaturally, know that testosterone treatments cannot be applied to underage adolescents. There are natural methods to restore any testosterone that has been lost due to lifestyle, however. Masterbation is said to decrease testosterone. Frequent consumption of foods containing sulfur such as onions and cabbage are said to increase testosterone. And yes, depression and stress can cause testosterone levels to deplete, especially in adolescence. Getting intimate increases testosterone. Even just hugs and kisses.

You do not have low T at 13.

Rule out all the obvious reasons for the changes you're experiencing: Sleep, diet, activity levels, stress. During puberty, especially early puberty, the body reacts to the newness of the hormones in unexpected and inconsistent ways. So, you might be uber horny for a while, then go longer periods of not being so interested, or you performance might change. Likewise, there's a lot of other metabolic processes going on, like growth and other bodily changes, which you aren't so aware of, but take energy too, and you can feel the effects of that.

Make sure you're eating a balanced diet, get enough sleep (maybe a bit more), exercise, and with time, things even out are more consistent and predictable. until then, try not to stress about it, that will add to the imbalance you feel.

The body does seem to have a natural mechanism whereby if you're stressed you're not horny. This is using "stress" in the wider sense of the word, i.e. things that have an adverse effect on your body or health including illness, lack of sleep, poor diet, lack of exercise or too much exercise etc. as well as the narrower "being put under pressure and feeling unable to cope with the pressure".
