Everyone's different and they will all stop growing at different times, but when I was 14 I was 6 and then 7 inches

Hey I think you'll find that it will keep growing. Penises can grow until you are 21. Really depends on how early you start puberty.

This is different for other people, but men usually stop puberty at 20.

You stop growing when you stop kinda end of puberty which lasts maybe 18 or 19
size or average size varies so much - at 13 some boys will have had say 2 even 3 years of puberty and some will have just started -

Usually I think it stops growing at 16-17 but I'm not sure so I can tell you I'm 14 and 6.5" long.

There is no average size for a 14 year old but most people don't stop growing until they are in there late teens early 20s

You can never know exactly when it will stop growing. I'm 14 and 5" soft and 7.25" hard and 6" in girth. I'm STILL growing and I'm 5'11" and almost 6'0", but I don't know when I will stop either :P
