Day Today I wanted to ask one girl to pro,and today I halped my best friend to ask other girl to prom,and she turned him down,and he was ok,and on the way to home,he asks my girl before me,and she said yes,what I shoud do,I'm so mad,please help me

Damn, this is heavy. Confront your best friend with the betrayal, ask him why did he stab you in the back. Talk to him before the prom. Since this is no misunderstanding, include that you can no longer trust him in anything from here on out, if to no avail that is. Tell him you fancy this girl big time and he can't just simply ask your girl out just because he got rejected. Talk to him! Fight for her!

That's not a very nice friend but sometimes these things happen, getting mad won't resolve the issue so try and keep calm, calmly ask him why he did this and see if you can sort it out between the three of you :)
