Recently I realised a yellow bump, spot like thing on my penis, it looks like a regular spot that would appear on your face so I was wondering has anyone else experienced it? What is it? Should I be worried?

If you're saying it looks like a pimple, you can get them anywhere.

it sounds like a pimple, and pimples can be everywhere. I had one in my ear once. Extremely painful.
