Relapsed

I guess I'll just start from the beginning, about a year ago I started using suboxone and xanax and got addicted to them. I used and sold them for about 6 months until I started dating my ex. She helped me quit and I was clean for about 2 months. A couple weeks ago I statted using subs again and I don't think I can quit again. I use about 1 and a half subs a day with comes out to $30. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever relapsed and if they were able to deal with it.

With drugs like that, you have to slowly get off them. You can't cut cold turkey. So just repeat what you did before and resist the temptations. I'm actually getting a prescription for either Valium or Xanax, but that's completely different.
