Keep a diary to find out patterns. Try to remove yourself from triggering situations.
Deep breathing, empty your mind. Meditation can work wonders I'd really encourage
you to try it.

I'll assume that in addition to Tara's great ideas, your folks know and you're in really good therapy too?
