The one I was thinking of is a German singer Bill Kaulitz (his album art is in my current av) that may not be known to many. I just didn't want them to think I was trying to pretend it was a picture of me. I like his cross gender look. One of a zillion of his pictures:

As long as you aren't literally pretending you are this celebrity, it's fine.

As Kryptonite said, as long as you're not pretending to be the celebrity, then you're okay. Just remember, all images can be reverse searched quite easily, so it's easy to see.
