blue head help

Hey guys I really need your help. I'm now 16 and everything on my penis if normal the only problem is the head of my penis is for a length of something like 1 inch blue when hard and soft.sometimes it seems its less blue and sometimes it seems its more blue. It first started when I mastubuted for the first time and did it over and over again when I was 13 years without knowing what it was. Later is seemed a bit swollen so I thought I did something and after a couple days I applied ice. After that day when I woke up I come to know that the head became blue. I do have problems with my foreskin. Guys can you help me plz? I really love someone and so does she don't wanna cheat on her or break her heart. Guys for two days I did try to stretch my foreskin more and putted my penis head in warm water with salt and I think its helping but still wanna know from you guys. Any help is appricated. And sorry for my bed english

Make sure that your foreskin does not get stuck behind the head for any length of time. If it is a bit tight, it can strangle the head and cause it to swell up, which can lead to all sorts of problems.
