Hello everyone :D So im here to share my new workout plan(street workout etc) :D Il do it by days and stuff like that
Work days (school days) half an hour of workout before and after school,and 5 min workout every 45 min while im at school(5 workouts),after first 5 min workout comes a 15 min workout so thats about 1:45h workout daily,
On weekends its about 2h workouts :)

Il do pullups,pushups, as many as i can,and that thing(idk how to say on English) with 2 horizontal bars and u between them,like pushups just with no legs and in diffrent position...While il also do about 200 abs every night,and about 5 - 10 min of Flutter Kicks,and also do a hour workout in free time :)

Rowing for 2 hours, Running or Jogging for 1 hour. Pushups for 20 mins.

I have never been on a fitness program other than mandatory primary school stuff. I still am one of the fittest guys in my grade (7)

well,Workouts are so good for build the body muscles and perfectible fitness of the body.Different
people have different workouts plan but i do running first of all in the morning and after this i do
swimming because swimming build the body stamina.

Well doesn't sound mich liie a routine and doesn't seem that good, but hey dont take my advice because as you can see I know nothing :D
