Trying to Apply

I'm trying to apply for jobs that hire 16 year olds while I'm still 15 because I turn 15 in about a week and a half, but typically the website won't let you bypass the system if you put your birthdate in and you don't show as 16...what to do?

Just wait until you turn 16, 1 week isnt going to make that big of a difference. You can always check with the store itself that you are applying for, and ask for a paper application.

What I did, i turn 16 in 3 weeks. I filled out 4 paper applications, and 3-4 website apps so far. That way incase 1 doesnt hire me, i have a few back up plans.
