Hey, I have seen this kid around, like in school and playing basketball, but I have never became good friends with him. Now he sorta moving out from his group of friends into ours and he is cool. Yesterday we were all just hanging out and stuff watching South Park, and he was sitting on the couch, but it was full so I had to kneel behind the couch and rest my arms and head on the back to watch... But while we were sitting there, I had a perfect view of him, I was right behind another kid, who was blocking me from his face, but I could still see his lower half of body. And I turned and looked because he got a text message and his phone lit up... He was constantly sitting there, touching himself (like just moving his dick around and stuff)... And I was watching because I am curious, especially about the size of the other guys penis size. And I was just watching him pull on it and stuff, and then he started to get a boner. He had athletic shorts on so it was really easy to see the shape of it and everything. Would it be "gay"? Gay as in stupid or as in homosexual?

I mean the basic definition of "gay" is people of the same sex being sexually attracted to each other. Sooooo.................

I think it's very optimistic to think that just by seeing a guy hard that your not only going to become friends with him but also fool around with him. Just because your both gay doesn't mean it's going to happen.

You can't just assume that someone is gay because they got a hard on in public and looked at though.

you need WAY more evidence from him before you can know either way. and you need more time with him before you know if anything will develop between you. erections happen for lots of reasons. you have very little evidence to go on right now.

These two are right. Just because he got an erection, doesn't mean he's interested in guys in the slightest bit. I get boners when I'm with my female friends, and I am not attracted to them in any way, shape, or form.

I think is not gay AT ALL is just a guy thing we get boners, random boners, when my STR8 friends come to sleepover I can c their boners while playing xbox or even in the pool and nobody care and none believe that's a gay thing. Be careful to risk your friendship, I am gay and I know my friends are not and still they can make jokes about gay stuff and its normal to them. (i'm not out BTW).

I completely agree with what everyone else is saying. Just because he got a boner whilst he was chilling with some other guys doesn't mean he is gay or bi or curious or whatever... you're teenage boys and your hormones are all over the place, its completely normal.
If you did want anything like a bromance to happen between you two you'd need to get more close with him and get more evidence to see if you think he would be into it... and if anything did happen, then no, it wouldn't be gay - you're just being curious.
