So about a year a go a guy transferred into my mens choir at school and I pretty much had a crush on him the moment I saw him. Anyways, a year goes by and I finally work up the nerve to send him a message on facebook about how I like him, and he takes a day to respond.
And we have a short conversation and he brings up that he has a boyfriend! And it's really frustrating because I pretty much told him everything about how I liked him. And I know I can't do anything and I just overall feel bad now.

That's one of the worst feelings ever when you find out the person you like is with someone else, and it must be even worse when you tell him how you feel. All you can really do is try and move on and get over the crush. The bad feelings you're having will probably stay for a while, but over time they will go away. Until then I suggest you concentrate on other things in your life such as friends, hobbies, school work etc.

If he really likes the other guy, I'm afraid there's not much you can do. See if you can only be his friend, and tell him that you're always available in case he needs any help. It really sucks, because you told him how you felt towards him, but perhaps he will understand and that might even strengthen your friendly relationship.

Yes, thank you both so much! I've been really busy today and I felt pretty good, and once I did have a moment to sit down, I sent him a message and we are somewhat talking. :)

Yeah, don't get too hung up over it because it might interfer with your life. Focus on the important things: friends, school, hobbies, studying, masturbating (joking) .... and maybe in the future if he ends his relationship with his boyfriend, he might become interested in you :)
but on the bright side, at least he's gay!
