Oldest Mexican-born person ever dies at 114

The oldest Mexican-born person ever, as well the 5th oldest living person has died. Soledad Mexia died at a hospice, just 17 days after her 114th birthday. She came to America when she was young, and had lived in California for most of her life. Now there are only 7 people who are still living who were born in the 1800's, the oldest of whom is Misao Okawa of Japan who is 115 years old.

Sad to see another person with such a long history go but she did have a long life and I guess that's what most of us can ask for.
