i stayed clean for 8 months, because i used to be in the hospital but now i fell again, i cutted again and i cant stop:(

don't worry. everyone relapses at one point or another. You stayed clean for 8 months so you can do it again.

8 months is an amazing time. You can stop and you are going to get clean. Cutting is bitch, its so hard so quite and you know that. Its an every day fight against ourself, and you won it for 8 months and that's a lot. You can do it again and go even further.
Hobbys and hobbys you need to find hobbys in order to get distracted and dont think about cutting. Also try running, you get so tired you only want to sleep.

We all relapse, it happens. You have to pick yourself back up and continue fighting. It's not an easy ride, no one said it would be but if you have self determination anything is possible. Keep on fighting and believe in yourself. Don't beat yourself up over this, it happens and while it's not ideal, you can start all over again with more determination.

If you can do it for 8 months before, I'm pretty sure you can do it again. Like they said, keep fighting. Life is a never ending battle.

Yes, like everyone is saying, you're doing good. The idea is continuing to increase the length of time of time between incidence. You've got my longest time beat by several months. You're doing really good. Hang in there.
