profile picture

I uploaded it and it shows up where I go to check me messages. but it still shows a ? for my picture everywhere..... how do i change that?

I do see your profile picture fine.

Are you talking about your avatar? Your profile picture is seen when someone sees your profile, and your avatar is seen on the forums, under your username/post face.
