so my mother fosters other kids, and well she now is fostering this kid Alex and hes sharing a room with me. were both 15 but when ever my mom goes out and leaves the two of us at home he takes his clothes off and starts making really sexual comments to me, also i was in the shower and he just walked in and sat on the floor and watched me i was like really creeped out and yeah. hes always like hiding my underwear and stuff. He came out gay like last year, and i think he likes me but im not gay or bi and i dont feel the same obviously. how do i get him to stop all this crap

Just tell him how you sincerely feel, tell him that he's making you uncomfortable.

This is a much more relevant section.
I'd personally tell him you'd prefer if he doesn't do this stuff as you're not gay and you don't like the sexual comments and advances he makes. You should also perhaps tell your mum that he's not respecting your privacy (you don't have to go into detail but you could possibly mention the shower thing) and see if she can do anything.
