Your best bet is to make sure you are wearing loose clothing, loose underwear, and that when your boner happens that you think of something that'll turn you off. Everyone gets boners, and the fact is that no one but you notices it. Short of your walking around naked or are wearing skin tight clothing no one is going to notice your boner. Especially if you are growing down there and are getting bigger in general, then make sure your clothes are keeping up and that you are getting rid of stuff that is too small for you.

The thing to remember is that its unlikely anyone else will notice so just act normally and maybe hold something in front if you can. They will notice if you look awkward and embarrassed because its telling them that something is wrong. Dont wear very tight clothes and if it happens, tucking your penis up under the waistband of your boxers/briefs helps to keep it discreet.

wear something with good elastic waistband. tuck it up. or wear jeans because those do the job pretty well or if you are carrying something carry it in front of your boner and push it down.
