Uncut glans sensitivity as you age

So on another post, I asked how sensitive was the glans before and after circumcision for a rating 1-10. That got me thinking. Do the glans's sensitivity decrease as you get older? You expose your glans to bed sheets, underwear, fabric, etc. throughout the years. Can any older members answer this question? Like if you were a 10 rating at 13, you would be like 8 rating at 18?

The exposed glans develops a tougher thicker membrane. I read that condoms are used less by circumcised men because they already have deceased sensitivity. I think the uncircumcised glans stays very sensitive all throughout adulthood.
