I keep posting VMs on my own page by mistake, and I hate to report it and keep bugging the mods. Is there any way for me to remove it myself?

If we allowed that, it'd be horribly abused. Just report them, we don't mind.

I don't disagree that with some of the crazy people on here, someone would find a way to abuse the ability to do that, but how exactly do you believe it would be "horribly abused"? No matter how much I toss it around in my head, I just can't think of a way to abuse being able to delete your own VM's on your own page.

People shouldn't be able to have the control to directly edit something like visible communications because if say they put an innapriote VM on their page such as their kik or skype details they could delete it 3 hours later and then when we look at their profile it would be clean

If you can delete you can ask something inappropriate before we see it, then delete it straight away. It would be the same if we allowed editing of VMs and such.

Makes sense now.
I just wasn't thinking about it in that way. I was thinking about people using it to annoy each other, not being inappropriate with it.

You would actually be pretty surprised by the amount of ridiculous things people try to do.

Yeah, I probably would. I've seen some not so bright people do and say some pretty stupid stuff in the forums here. Lol

Why are we even allowed to post on our own VM page?

Some people like to post updates on their page. For example when they are leaving for a period of time or if something exciting has happened. Usually though its if they are leaving for a period of time.

Why not? It's our own page, of course we should be allowed to :P
