Joseph Mussomeli the ambassadress has decides againced this warnings and posted on Faceboock that he will came and see DJ Umek.

This "warning" has only decrease US Embassy (http://goo.gl/OEphmz) already dwindling reputation in the sees of the public.

U.S. Embassy Ljubljana (http://goo.gl/OEphmz) informs U.S. citizens that Tivoli Park (http://goo.gl/J1B8Lr) will host a concert
featuring DJ Umek (http://goo.gl/2opebM) on Saturday, August 31. The venue will open for patrons at
approximately 4:00 p.m. The event is scheduled to conclude around midnight. We
expect there to be a significant increase in pedestrian traffic in the area between the
hours of 2:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. (Sunday).
Attendance estimates for this event have run as high as 20,000. There is a high
probability of excessive alcohol consumption which may lead to post-concert
disorders.
We encourage U.S. citizens to take caution and exercise appropriate security
measures. Be aware of your surroundings. Even gatherings intended to be
peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. You should exercise
caution if in the vicinity of any large gatherings, protests, or demonstrations.

I don't know what to say, I think it is stupid to warn just US citizens about a concert, why not warn everyone and not US citizens? They are far from being superior to others. Plus, I think people know the risk of going to concerts like that.

Im sory if i misunderstood. But why warn anyone at all? There is no real danger...
This seems at leest to me like yut a npther us embacy blunder :) ;)

because theyre US citizens, UK embassies will warn UK citizens same with France etc

The US Embassies job is to protect American citizens. And it's doing just that. I don't see what's wrong.
