Scotland can go independent, that's already been established through devoulution. They're got the opportunity to do it and I can see why parts of it must be attracting for Scottish people.
There isn't a single conservative MP in the whole of Scotland yet they're ruled by a conservative government

They won't get it, the polls show that about 60% of people in Scotland will vote against it

This is just your blind flawed view of the world, the people of Scotland don't want independence because they see them self as British and they want to be part of a larger community.
The polls have 60% against it, that's not going to change soon. Their country would collapse if they became independent

If the Scottish people aren't reedy enouth for independence, so what, one day they will be and they will demand it.
For all nations need to be first free to eventually join into The World Republic.

Your using double standards, I thought you loved Yugoslavia but that was based on about 6 different countries.
Also everyone in Scotland talks English, they don't have their own language

You say that any nation should be independence yet you say they should join some grand new world republic.
The Scottish people have the opportunity but they don't want to leave
The Scottish Prime Minister speaks English, the road signs are in English. There are many Scottish people on this website who speak only English- English is the national language of Scotland

I'm uneducated? That's wrong mate, I've done British GCSE's. I've passed all my exams, don't you dare call me uneducated
Don't swear at me in some serbian language, at least have the courage to do it something I can understand.
The anglosakon race doesn't exist mate, it's called being British.
I've been to scotland, I haven't heard anyone speak in Galiac. I think in fact 1.2% in Scotland speak Gaelic, more people speak Klingon in the world
Get your facts right before you call me uneducated

I would be inclined to say that if they people want it they should go independent. I think if it happened with Scotland it would happen also with Northern Ireland, then Wales.

I support northern Irish independence, it bordering the republic has destroyed the country, the police carry guns, theres fights but thankfully its economy is fine, unlike the republic so I guess as long as the trouble doesn't spread to Britain im fine with northern island
oh and I do doubt the scots, english or welsh will

The point is was that the majority of Northern Ireland are protestant and they want to remain British. The trouble spread to Britain, they tried to assassinate our government in a mortar attack.
Northen Ireland doesn't have an economy, it's all collected under the wider bracket of the United Kingdom

Every people has the right to self-determination and self-governance.
I wish them luck, from a still chained, abused, tyrannized Quebecer.
PS : Gaelic doesn't come from Ireland, it's the language of the Gaelic people, whom both Scots and Irish belong to.

thats the IRA and ive herd its 50/50 and extremely violent and proud of there beliefs, if your in the pub in a bad neighbourhood, and said either pro or against the union, someone will beat you up
actually they do have an economy but as a whole it would be uk and depts and unemployment are managed as that but they do have their own economy, so does your town/city! theyre called local economies!
and northern irelands economy is fine, lead and supported by the UK, they will fall fast just like the republic if independent so its better to stay union!

You've heard wrong, it's about 60% protestant and 40% catholic
Local economies are no measure of how a country could act on it's own, that's just stupid. My local economy doesn't have about 20 Billion pounds worth of Gold to ensure that the currency is established.

and its the catholic that want to be indepent right? thats close!
I think northern Irelands economy is classed as a national economy but you are right though, all growth is simulated by the UK, all finances secured by the UK, they will end up in the same pot as Ireland if they go independant

That's if they joined to become the single state of Ireland rather than becoming an independent state in the north

It's about 55% Unionist and 45% Nationalist in N.I. That 45% is not entirely Catholic however and vice-versa. Religion, whilst still a factor in pitting the groups against each other, does not decide one persons standpoint (particularly with the rising number of Atheists in both camps). I'm currently against the reunification of Ireland and Northern Ireland - 1. They don't want it. 2. We don't need anymore Sinn Féinn-ers in the Dail, really - but if they were to become an independent country, or reunify with Ireland, I'm sure its economy would be perfectly fine in the long run. Especially seeing as the UK look set to leave the EU; being the only English speaking country in the EU (combined with our ridiculously low corporation tax as extra incentive) would definitely set us up as a great base for American (and Chinese, maybe) multinationals.
I'm of the view that every people should have the right to self determination and self-governance. If the Scots (and their oil reserves) want to leave the UK then I say let them. Though, looking at polls, it's doubtful that'll happen any time soon.

Scottish independence is of course entirely up to Scottish people. They have the capacity to operate as a fully independent state and will have the opportunity soon to vote on whether Scotland should leave the UK.
