my friend and I were talking about masturbation and he said if you do it lots you will have better sex when you are actually with a girl. some guys say that masturbating lots can cause it so that you don't last as long when your with a girl. Two totally different sensations. One doesn't really affect the other except that you can become a little more "durable" and not cum too quickly with a partner. But even so, I'm guessing that your first time will end kinda quickly no matter how much you jack off. You'll lose your control a bit when your in the moment. Perfectly normal though. Just be sure that if you are having sex with a girl that you don't just stop and leave her wanting. Be very attentive to her needs and satisfaction and she won't hold your early blast against you.

You train yourself by masturbating. (Sorry if this is become a technique thing and I'll remove it if it is). If you try to orgasm as quick as possible, your body will get used to that and orgasm more quickly more easily. The converse is called "edging", and you can increase your stamina that way and last longer in bed.

I think it's the same for guys as well as girls that if you masturbate a lot it will be harder to reach an orgasm but for guys there's an added pitfall and that's excessive masturbation can for some make it hard or impossible to orgasm with a girl because of desensitization of the penis. I have heard you can teach yourself byatatabating to last longer. Weather or not this is true is another matter. You have less pleasure the more often you do it though
