I am 17 years old and like all guys my age I'm starting to have a grand interest in finding a girlfriend. The longest relationship I've had lasted 3 weeks and the last one I had was when I was 15. I've been having difficulties lately, or to be more precise these past few months in finding a suitable companion. My last three attempts have failed and resulted in quite dramatic rejections. What plagues my mind is I cannot find the problem over my dating difficulties. Not to sound certainly arrogant or boast, but I find myself sufficiently physically attractive ( Tall, blue eyes, pale skin, dark short hair) and I've been complimented on my maturity and confidence. And so I wander what I'm doing wrong? The only fault I find in my dating advances is I tend to be rather serious and non directly give the message that unlike most lads my age I'm not interested in a superficial or sexual fling but rather towards a serious relationship. And so I found myself asking help towards you experimented beings and will be open to any negative or positive advice.

It is not about what you are doing wrong, it is because it is up to the other person to start a relationship or not. You'll eventually get in one, only losers think dreams are impossible. Then again, do not make it your primary focus, continue with life and search for opportunities meanwhile.
