Does the Dad have much to do with puberty in us boys? Because I don't know who or where my biological dad is. I have a step dad who I have known from a very little age. But he isn't gonna give me the 'TALK'. I wanted to know what would happen with people with their birth dads. Do you compare? Or IDK. I have had this thought for a very long time.

It sucks for u that you dont know your biological father :s but I dont compare with my dad. I think it must be a weird thing to do... You can always talk about it with siblings if you have any :o

Sorry to hear that you are no in contact with your biological dad. If you want a talk about puberty surely that duty falls to the parents who are actually bringing you up, your mum and step dad.

Seeing your biological dad could give you some clues as to how you will turn out but will only be half the picture. Just because a characteristic, for example penis size or chest hair, is only expressed in males does not mean it is inherited only from your dad.

Well my Dad is very religious and I haven't had a Talk with him about sex, just things related to puberty like why I don't have pubes why I'm uncut while most of the kids are cut and that stuff. I have a lil bro, and when he asks me stuff that I'm not sure the answer I say 2 him ask Dad. My Dad is cool.
