Nipple Pain?

This is almost embarrassing, but I figure I'll ask anyways, see if anyone can help me figure out whats going on. Here and there, though it doesn't seem to correlate with my period, my nipples hurt. Just one at a time, quite sharp like a pinch, just where the nipple connects to the rest of the breast. It can be pretty intense at times, so much that I've actually involuntarily clutched the breast in question, trying to stop it. It'll last for a few minutes and then go away. It's not always the same nipple, it can be one or the other, but never both at once. I've tried adjusting my bra in case it's causing the pain, but it never seems to do anything to help.

Anyone else have this problem?

i dnt have the same prob, but its normal 4 ure nipples 2 hurt if u r still growing, jst like the rest of your boobs! If ure boobs hav stopped growin then c a doctor, but dnt panic!

Huh, k. I just wondered since it's different from the occasional pain in the rest of my breasts (rest of my breasts, sounds like I've got hundreds of them or something xP). We'll just have to see if it goes away then. Thanks. :)

Firstly, there's no need to be embarrassed about asking any sort of question, no-one is going to laught at you :) And having pains like you have described is a normal part of breast development. However if you are worried then there's no harm in seeing your doctor :)
